By using Robe, you confirm you are at least 16 years old, fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms apply globally but are particularly relevant for users within Australia and, where applicable, the European Economic Area (EEA).


Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at privacy@phanes.com.au if unauthorised access occurs.


Appropriate Use

Robe is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Illegal, abusive, or disruptive activities within the app are strictly prohibited.


Content Ownership

All content within Robe, including text, images, trademarks, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Phanes Pty Ltd and Third-Party Partners. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, resale, or modification of content is strictly forbidden.


Prohibited Activities

You must not:
- Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abuse towards other users.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise Robe’s security, availability, or integrity.
- Impersonate other individuals or provide false information.
- Distribute malicious software, spam, or misleading advertisements.


Termination

Robe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, without prior notice, if violations of these terms are detected.


Liability

Robe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Phanes Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this app. Phanes Pty Ltd’s maximum aggregate liability for any claims related to Robe is limited to the amount (if any) paid by you to Robe in the twelve months preceding the claim.


Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on Robe, contact us immediately at privacy@phanes.com.au with details of your claim.


Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.


Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or clear in-app notifications at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.
